Just wanted to let you know that my step dad went home to be with the Lord this morning at 9:20. Our hearts are heavy, and the tears are definitely falling, but we draw our comfort from knowing that he is dancing in the streets of heaven tonight, and we know we will see him again there.
I would appreciate all your prayers for my mom as she travels down this path she soo reluctantly finds herself on. She is surrounded by her family of course and she is wrapped in the arms of her Savior, but she is sooo overwhelmed right now of course.
Sending condolences to you and your family and prayers for your mom as her heart is so sad.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry, I will keep your family in my prayers.

Debbie, I'm so sorry that I am finding this late. The worst can happen and the best remains... A quote from Corrie ten Boom that I've always loved. Knowing that your step-dad is safely home is wonderful, though it does not take away the reality for any of you that he is gone. Will be praying.
