Well here we are at Friday again...oh how fast the days whip by.  Mom and I have had a good week, though nothing in particular has really gone on.  My creative juices are running thin, so I decided it would be a good time to do a

Simple Woman's Daybook

FOR TODAY

Outside my window...It is a gorgeous "spring promising" day.  Sunny, with a high expected of around 68 degrees.  Fluffy white clouds, pretty blue sky, and singing birds...love it.
  
I am thinking...soo many things as always...Here are a couple of random thoughts...can't believe it is Friday again already, AND how much I am looking forward to a week-end with nothing much we have to do.  

I am thankful...for soo many things.  But today especially I am thankful for my husband who is ALWAYS ALWAYS there for me! 

In the kitchen...the dish washer is running and Mr. Bubbles bowl is fresh, and I am thinking about "dinner out"  ; )

I am wearing... comfy jeans and a multi colored pink flowered long sleeved knit shirt...OH! and my navy blue "knock off" Toms.  

I am creating...nothing at the moment, but have MANY plans for baby items...sooo looking forward to it. 

I am going...nothing on the horizon for right now...just to New Mexico when it is "baby time"  : )

I am wondering...again, MANY things, haha, but maybe at the top of my head this morning is if we are going to be able to work out all the details that we want to so that we can have a combination Easter/my older sister's 60th birthday party!

I am reading... nothing at the moment...looking for something new!

One of my favorite things...is the time spent with grandkids!



A peek into my day..finds me doing laundry, getting mom packed up for the week-end, and driving her out to Huntington Beach.

MELODY SAID YESTERDAY THAT SAM WAS ASKING OVER AND OVER AGAIN "OUTSIDE, OUTSIDE!" HAHA  ONE OF THE THINGS HE SAYS SOO WELL.  BUT SHE KEPT TRYING TO DISTRACT HIM AS IT WAS SOO COLD OUTSIDE (OR WHAT SEEMS COLD TO THAT CALIFORNIA GIRL, HAHA) BUT SHE FINALLY FELT IT WARMED UP ENOUGH TO VENTURE OUT.  LOVE THIS GLEEFUL LOOK ON HIS FACE AS HE RAN JOYFULLY "OUTSIDE" TO PLAY.
