HELLO FROM NEW MEXICO!

Good Morning from New Mexico!  Yes. all of our carefully laid plans didn't mean a thing...lol.  As it turned out Melody had a couple of things happen which made it seem like labor was right around the corner, so hubby and I packed up and drove out yesterday!  We left the house about 5:30 am and arrived around 9:30 pm.  Yes, a long, LONG day of driving but we are here.  We still don't know how long it might be until little Miss Claire makes her arrival, but grandma is here now until she has.  I managed to squeeze everything I had to finish into one day, but honestly I am soo grateful that I was as ready as I was so you will never know.  Nothing to do now but wait and enjoy loving on Sam and Luke.  I will be around when I can (which I honestly don't know how much will happen, lol.  Maybe I'll read as much as I can, but not alot of commenting.  We will see.  But you know I will be letting you know when she has arrived that's for sure.  I covet all of your prayers!  Many blessings to you all!  Debbie

  9. I have really enjoyed my long overdue visit here. What a precious little miracle, Claire Elise is! I loved reading about your trip down to their home, your trip following them to the hospital, and then her birth and the great joy involved in that. And, I must admit, the pictures were so good and filled with such love in each picture. I liked seeing all the clothing that you so lovingly and skillfully made for the children. I am thankful that she has arrived and that all is well. I hope you are feeling well too. Thanks for the privilege of stepping into your life and the lives of your family this morning.
