A DAY WITH THE CLASS GRANDKIDS AND MORE CHRISTMAS PICS

Yesterday after church Jeff & I picked up little Jeffie and headed down to Temecula to meet Jimmy and Larissa and their kids for lunch and some fun time at a children's museum down there.  I just didn't feel like with all the sickness we had over Christmas that we got enough "fun" time in, haha, so this sounded like something we could do to enjoy.  The lunch was fantastic (Mexican food which I haven't had in months, though I MUST get back on my diet) and we all had a really good time at the museum. I LOVE a hands on kids museum where they all can handle and touch and have fun any way they can imagine.  The kids all enjoyed the little crawl space that connected two of the rooms, and the black light maze room as well.
I am going to post  a few pics on the day.  And Mel I am posting a few of the Christmas pics I think you might like, or watch the video and I think the pics are numbered.  Tell me which ones you want and I will send them to you in an email or something (if I can figure it out) I am also posting a slide show of our Christmas which I hope you all enjoy.  It was a "different" Christmas for me, but we had a very blessed one nonetheless.  ENJOY

  6. Hello Dear Debbie,
What a wonderful time you all had at the museum, I can now write this comment after wiping tears, as Susan and her family left today.

What a beautiful family you have, and I see so much happiness and joy on their faces, You and I are so blessed aren't we?

I was sorry to read that you were sick, and just like my Susan, Mel seems to want to take care of you. I too was sick when they first came and was on antibiotics, she just came in and helped look after me.
Susan and I have a special day we do when she comes too, but had the hardest time fitting it in this year, we finally ended up going out for just a few hours, Monday night, because she just had to buy me a new coat. It seems I wasn't stylish enough with my shiny slick rain coat. LOL

I so loved the pics. of Mel and the children with their Christmas pj's. Would you believe Susan brought matching pj's for us and the grand girls .

I went and read some of your previous posts and was so blessed by them, I love that sweet aroma of Christ in my life.
I have so missed visiting with you, sometimes it is like looking at my life in the mirror. Lol. It would be wonderful if we lived near by, I know we would have so much fun, especially sharing our love of God and family.

Debbie you look wonderful, i loved the picture of you and your dh. I just loved and enjoyed all of your pictures, I smiled and cried.

Praying that you and your dear family will have the most blessed and happiest New Year.
    Hugs,
    Sue

  7. Hey - I left a comment here after this post the other day...and now I don't see it! I have no idea what I did wrong?!?! But I loved all your photos - what a blessing to have grandkids near by! You are right - they are the best! Miss Riley will be visiting in two weeks - mid January - and I can't wait. They live in Florida...and our weather has been so wintry here in Virginia...maybe she will actually enjoy her first snow! What fun.

So enjoy your comments and your stopping by the blog each day - I look forward to it! And I am LOVIN' your new blog look...so wintery cute:)

    Have a wonderful evening, friend.
