This is just a test...haha...I found the sight Genn and made my collage, but I am not sure how to work much of anything...I did get the package you suggested, so guess I will just have to play with it.  OK, now to see if it fits in my skinny 2 column template...NOPE, had to go down to large and still didn't quite fit.  Help?? gotta make my template wider without getting soo big I can't do backgrounds...Is is possible??

  2. Yes Debbie, it's possible. You can make your two column big and go with a three column background. I'll email you the adjustments.

    Cute collage.

  3. Hi Debbie, me again.

I just got finished emailing you the instructions. It is pretty easy. All you are doing is changing some numbers in your html code. You don't have to add anything. You are just changing your px numbers for outer-wrapper, main-wrapper, sidebar-wrapper, and header-wrapper. I think my email is pretty user friendly, it should be easy, but I look at that stuff all the time, I'm constantly trying to get the look that I want on my blog. So, if you have any issues at all, please call. 951-496-4923, that's my home. It's plugged into the fax now, but I can still get calls. My cell is dead and I think one of my daughters "misplaced" my charger. Or email me. I will be in front of my computer almost all day working!! I hope it helps!!

Just remember that with the bigger 2 column, you can only use a 3 column background.

  5. Looks good Deb. I put a collage on my header and I hate how small it is. I did away with my large pics, because I missed being able to change up my blog paper. I love to change it for the seasons. So...now what to do???

  6. Great collage Debbie! See, isn't picnik SO easy? I love it. You can also change the colors of the background for your collages. Look for the square on the left when you are in collage mode on picnik, and it has tiny squared with all the colors. You just click on the color you want. Lately I've been choosing white, but you can change it up.

So much to learn so little time huh? ;)

I just came back to see if you tried to make your columns bigger, and you did!!

I love it! Big pictures, still have a background, love it! Were the instructions okay??

  11. Well, A+ on "your test"...what a beautiful collage - especially with your template enlarged. How did you do that? How do you do ANY of it? I would say this blogging thing just keeps getting more and more fun...but, I'm not sure I would ever be able to pull off a collage - but still fun!

And I really enjoyed your previous post - didn't get a chance to comment - but it was a blessing. Sometimes I think I have really grown or matured in the Lord because I can keep my ugly attitude from spilling out....when, of course, God knows all about my very thoughts. Who am I kidding?? So much better to simply bring those things causing the attitude to Him and allow Him to bear our burdens and use the difficulties to really grow us.

Hope you are having a great week. Your Mellie is beautiful. I guess her sweetheart is not a "teeth smiler"....neither is my Em!! So funny - I'm always coaxing "just one, Em...show us your pretty smiling teeth!" But no. ha.

    Take care - Jennifer
